We hire energetic, reliable instructors to lead hands-on enrichment programs for K–12 students across partner schools and districts. Our work is in person, student-facing, and centered on safety, professionalism, and making kids genuinely excited to learn.
Most roles are part-time with clear lesson plans, materials, and support from our operations team. If you enjoy running a structured classroom, communicating clearly with school staff, and delivering high-quality programs that run on time, you’ll fit in here.

Drone and STEM Elementary School Instructor
Rialto, CA
Join us as a passionate and energetic Drone and STEM Instructor dedicated to inspiring elementary school students through hands-on drone activities and STEM learning. In this paid role, you will help lead engaging lessons that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Your enthusiasm will ignite young minds and cultivate a love for innovation, technology, and learning in a supportive classroom environment. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with kids and is excited about drones, STEM, or both.
Summer Enrichment Camp Instructor
Multiple Locations, Nationwide
Seasonal Summer Camp Instructors needed for one week enrichment camps (grades K–6, ages 6–12) held at schools and community centers. Camps typically run in 3 hour or 6 hour daily blocks (often around 9–12 and 1–4, times may vary). Curriculum and materials are provided, with optional instructor suggested activities allowed with approval. Staffing and class sizes vary by site. This is flexible, week by week work based on enrollment and site needs, and hours are not guaranteed. Background check required, with additional requirements depending on location.
After-School Instructor
Multiple Locations, Nationwide
Part time Afterschool Enrichment Instructors needed to lead engaging, structured programming for students in grades K–8 (varies by site). Weekday afternoon shifts at school sites. Curriculum is typically provided. Responsibilities include student supervision, activity delivery, positive behavior management, and safe transitions and dismissal. Class size and staffing support vary by site. Background check required, with additional requirements depending on location (e.g., TB test, CPR/First Aid, mandated reporter training).
Summer Intersession Expanded Learning Instructor
Athena Coding is partnering with the Alhambra Summer Adventures program to deliver a summer full of fun, discovery, and excitement for students in grades TK–6. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic instructors who are ready to make this summer unforgettable! You will be leading hands-on activities in STEM, Arts, and Recreation, turning a standard classroom into a space of exploration and joy.
