Sports

Our sports and physical activity class encourages kids aged 5-11 to develop fundamental movement skills and a love of active play. Children will participate in a variety of activities including soccer, basketball, obstacle courses, and dance. Through games and exercises, they will improve balance, coordination, speed, and agility. Our program emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and the importance of physical fitness.
